Terms of Service

By using Fairway Golf Japan's website or booking concierge service, you agree to these Terms. Our service provides golf course reservation assistance for visitors to Japan.

A concierge fee is charged per player per reservation. It covers tee time booking, course communication, reservation management, rental coordination, and general support.

The fee is non-refundable once a reservation request has been submitted.

Date, time, and course changes are free of charge up to 3 days before the play date, subject to availability. The concierge fee remains non-refundable. Guests are responsible for any cancellation charges or no-show penalties imposed by the golf course.

Green fees, rental clubs, caddies, and other course charges are paid directly to the golf course. Prices shown are estimates and may change until confirmed.

Fairway Golf Japan acts solely as a booking concierge and is not responsible for golf course closures, weather conditions, third-party services, or personal injury, loss, or damage. In the event of closure, we will assist with communication but cannot guarantee refunds.

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations and unexpected events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
